Security Warning - Please Note!
You will probably receive several security warnings from your browser when you click this link. This is because you will be downloading a remote support program from the Internet.
All modern browsers prompt you in this way to protect you from malicious programs and viruses. You will need to accept the download and run the application to allow remote support but you should only do so if you are sure you know what you are doing!
Shown below are the dialogs presented by Microsoft Internet Explorer. Other browsers such as Firefox or Chrome will prompt in different ways
In the case of Internet Explorer you need to select "Run" in each case as shown below:

First Warning - click Run to accept the download

Second Warning - click Run to start application and allow remote access to your PC
Once the browser security check is complete you will need to click OK to accept the incoming support connection. The prompt you will receive should look something like this:

You are now ready to accept connection
click OK to allow incoming connection from PC Access
